Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled on the same day, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows us to respect our stylists’ time and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
